Why don't the Jacksons "-" Michael (or at least Jermaine) tour

Jermaine is always talking about the Jacksons getting back together and doing an album/tour. As a matter of fact, since 1996 he has been saying they have been in the studio countless times.

OK, we know Michael is probally not gonna do a tour/album with his brothers anytime soon, but why don't the other FIVE just make it happen. Of course, without Mike, they can't go for the real big arena tours and look to go multi-platinun, but the could tour the oldies market.

Before they signed with Motown, the J5 worked with the O'Jays (when their were 5 members), The Chi-Lites (when called Marshall & the Chi-Lites), the Delfonics, Jerry Butler and others.

If his brothers don't want to join him, then Jermaine can go at it alone. He can tour with more of the 80's crown. Him, Howard Hewitt, Midnight Star, New Edition.

What do y'all think.

I think it could happen-even without Michael because there are a lot of people from the old school who are fans of the Jackson5/The Jacksons and would go to see them live. Look at this great performance w/Jermaine, Jackie & Tito singing "The Art Of Madness":

I think they could defenitly pull off a tour w/o MJ. Jermaine sang the most in the group after Michael, and Jermaine was originally the lead singer of the Jackson 5 so he could pull it off being the lead singer.
"And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ heart

"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always heart

I think it could work. Problem is, people would be asking, "Where's Michael?"
"We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

And knowing Mike, he'd get kinda mad about it, and then that would TOTALLY crush any chance of a full on reunion.

they tried it in 1989, and it didn't work.

Michael Jackson was the focal point of the group, without MJ, there's no Jacksons.
