I like the name "ZZ Top" but I am still amazed people think that's someone's name. They'll say, "Did you see ZZ at the rodeo? Wow, what a show!"
Same with Lynyrd Skynyrd. Contrary to popular belief, there isn't anyone in the band named "Lynyrd" or "Skynyrd". Just like there aren't any brothers or people named "Doobie" in the Doobie Brothers. | |
