It looks like there will be at least 2 bonus tracks on a special edition of the album. "Smokey Joe" and "Dragon" are 2 that have been mentioned so far.

I love Bouncing Off Clouds but am hoping that the actual album is a little more edgy sounding.
Fans waiting for Pele 2 are kidding themselves. Tori doesn't make music like that anymore and probably never will. I've heard a few fans compare the new album to SLG which is cool. That album has always intrigued me and is how I imagine "edgy Tori" to sound in 2007.

I rarely go to forums.....really no interest in them as a whole, but I skimmed some of the posts there and lots of fans there really like Strange Little Girls. Judging from one of the reviews, "Beauty of Speed" sounds like one I'd definitely like. They described it as piano heavy and similar to "Carbon" and "Siren". I love both songs...."Carbon" is one of my fav. from SW. I saw this in someone's sig. too I love Golden Girls. I still haven't gotten the final season yet. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

She usually pulls off a long album with ease and keeps it interesting all the way through. And unfortunately, I think the era of classic Tori singles with 3 or 4 b-sides is long behind us. So if she can't get her material out that way, I'm glad to be getting a long album. It's too long. Sorry, my attention span is short. I blame MTV. I blame all of modern society for my shortcomings.

Another early review:
I'm temping for Epic Records for a couple days and the people here absolutely rule! Why do they, you ask? They gave me a sneak listen to Tori Amos' new album 'American Doll Posse.' Firstly, I want to say that this is Tori's most rock influenced record filled with a plethora of guitar and the Tori we love and want to hear. I read that an early listener compared it to her 'Strange Little Girls' record, I would have to disagree. Its electric edge is incomparable to anything else she's done. I'm convinced though, that one of Tori's new alter egos (maybe Pip) is Scarlet's evil twin (that's just misunderstood, of course). So is 'Posse' 'Scarlet Walk's deliciously evil twin? Before I comment on the songs, keep in mind that I was only allowed to listen to the album once in an office and the lyrics are a bit hazy right now. Epic hasn't decided on a first single as of today, but if I was a bettin' boy I'd put my money on the radio friendly "Big Wheel" or "Bouncing off Clouds". I'd also bet that 'Clouds' will be a hit like "Sorta Fairytale" and is so far my favorite song on the record. As any toriphile will tell you, one's faves are fluid, so that could change; and based on the 20+ tracks of great material, it most likely will. Although, I classify Posse as a 'rock record', it's definitely her most eclectic and original mix of sound since 'Boys for Pele'. The song "Body and Soul" pulses like a heart and you feel it too. "Roosterspur Bridge" and "Father's Son" are more classic Tori and are really great. I have to say that the interlude "Fat Slut" is super hot and sounds like the bastard child of "She's Your Cocaine". "Programmable Soda" is truly a fun lady that's a combo of "Wednesday" and "Mr. Zebra". Tori also touches on her political motivations, with the anti-war "Dark Side of the Sun". Based on the first listen, my top songs are "Bouncing off Clouds", "Secret Spell", & "Programmable Soda." I was a bit worried about this album due to the progression of her last two records. Following 'Beekeeper', I believed that she should have an outside producer collaborate with her on the next project. 'American Doll Posse' proves me wrong. There is an obvious shift in attitude in 'Posse' that feels like a raw release and shows she owns it. The bitch is back and she nurtures her pups… what sweet milk it is! [Edited 3/24/07 18:02pm]

I just heard "Big Wheel" and snippets of "Bouncing Off Clouds" and "Teenage Hustling". Based on these three songs alone, the new album is already ten times better than 'The Beekeeper'.

I've only listened to the snippets once because of peer pressure. I won't listen again, but I loved what I heard.

I'll give it a few more listens, but I don't think my first impression is gonna change too much.....really shaping up to be her shittiest song next to "Ireland" imo. The "Gimme" numbers part and spelling out MILF irks me the most. The way the song ends is pretty common too for a modern country song. I can totally hear this on a local country station now. Don't know what that's saying about the song. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)
