I'm liking this record, too, but it sounds more Sandinista-era Clash than Talking Heads to me.
This song is definitely the standout, and I feel like I shouldn't like it. If I described it it might sound like Limp Bizkit, but it's really nothing like it. Some people might criticize the lack of melodies, but the music is strong enough for that not to matter. My Legacy

I've downloaded it and put in on my shuffle, and so far I've heard Bend Over Beethoven. Beyond its great title, I've never had a song invoke so many different reactions in me. I like the spacier, jammier parts, but then when it gets into this bad Chili Peppers funk-metal stuff, I want to turn it off. But I'm definitely wanting to hear more... | |
