Any lawyers here specializing in family law? What I don't understand is why family members can't initiate a guardianship over Britney? When I was working with an attorney, we were involved in a guardianship over an adult. Britney would have to be found incompetent to handle her own affairs--which to me she is--but she would have to have a psychological evaluation. I know this is a drastic measure, but it beats her killing herself or accidentally overdosing. It seems to me her family and friends are running out of options for her to take care of herself of her own free will. Maybe if they started legal proceedings, she would more seriously seek help.

The kids would probably be placed in temporary custody with Kevin unless he were found unfit.

She wouldn't necessarily lose permanent custody over them.

I'm curious as to why people r this way. Isn't it with piranhas this way, where 1 bleeds and the others stop what they're doing and tear the wounded 1 2 shreds.

I'm sure that with human beings also it's a natural phenomenon. But that is our divine gift, we have the power to choose, I think.

What i think Britney should do, is once she get's her act together(i hope). Is to get out of the media spotlight,living in L.A. does not help.
She need's to find a State or Country that is let a media hub.Just raise her 2 kids. make records every 2-3years and b happy
