I used to have that on cassette! lol I wore out Don't You Dog Me.

I have a few songs on other CDs that are edited down, like:
Jail House Rap
Stick 'Em
Can You Feel It?
Fat Boys

But the last 3 songs I can't find on CD, and I love "Don't You Dog Me" too! biggrin

do those tracks have some slamming beats on them?

Those beats are hard. Even the beatboxing will make your speakers move around. Kurtis Blow produced 'em, so maybe you are familiar with his big linndrum, synth sound? Sorta like Run DMC's first album (although that was produced by Larry Smith, the sound is similar).

omfg Shiiit, for that kind of money, they better come to my house, build a stage in my living room and have Niecy perform the whole thing live with Prince playing guitar, and Shamar Moore and Johnny Depp singing back up!

You should see it, it`s a great feel-good movie nod

Aretha`s "Honey, i need your love" is the best track on "La diva", and one of the best songs she`s written. Too bad "La diva", "With everything i feel in me", "Sweet passion", "Almighty fire" and "You" hasn`t been released on cd...

Even though they`re not her best albums, there`s still plenty of decent tracks.
