You can be "serious" at whatever you do and still fulfill your other interests that may be a little more on the fun side. I believe that as long as you have other things going for you, there's nothing wrong with a little skin (while you still look ok, please). I am a degreed professional, who is taken very seriously, but that is not the whole me...just a part. I get on this website (which isn't particularly cerebral en masse) because it is fun sometimes and it celebrates my one and only favored artist...just a much smaller part of me. Just yesterday someone, who I work with, said she saw me in a magazine that covered a Halloween event I went to...my costume was body paint. She never even mentioned that part b/c it's not that big of a deal. I wanted to do something different, while I have the body. I said all of that to say: B can be considered a musical professional and still do something sexy from time to time. At the end of the day what matters is what ever helps her brand. | |
