Haystack

I bought this CD a few days ago and I'm really liking it. It's true that there are Scissor Sisters and Queen influences, but he does have quite a unique style and the variety of music on the CD is superb. Lollipop is instantly likeable pop and Happy Ending has a wonderful, gospel finish to it. Let's hope the guy isn't a one-CD wonder.

Standouts for me are Grace Kelly, Big Girls, Any Other World and Happy Ending.

I'm off to see the liveshow in Camden on Thursday, hope it lives up to the hype.
