Gerald Levert's New Album Well, Gerald Levert's eagerly anticipated final album, In My Songs, was released today. I just ordered it from Amazon.com and I heard the title track this morning. The title track reminds me alot of the Philadelphia soul era of the 70's and its very reflective and bluesy. I heard that he started recording this album during his visit in Africa and after he died, his father wanted to release it. Is anyone else interested in buying this? Check me out and add me on:

Stroke of Genius was good but i agree with you do i speak for the world was weak. I heard one other track off the new cd besides the title track and it is hot. Don't laugh at my funk

Only one song on that album was worth my time and that song was U Got That Love. I don't know which one would be his best record: Private Line, The G Spot, or Love & Consequences. I guess I'll give tha edge to The G-Spot! Check me out and add me on:
