Whenever you mention Joss Stone on prince.org, prepare yourself for some combination of "fake," "wannabe," "she's not Teena Marie" and/or  ...if there's any response at all 
Joss seems to be using her voice better lately, but I wish she'd use a little more restraint and stop trying to prove that she is soulful. I only watched portions of the show last night but it was good. I liked that Aretha was - as is the case with this clip - singing along with some of the performers. | |

I thought Joss' rendition was hollow and a bit monotonous. I didn’t feel anything from her performance at all. Not a single hair raised, not a twinge of emotion felt. The best part to me was Aretha’s reaction when it was over. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off | |

It's was ok, On par with Kelly Clarkson's version from the first season of American Idol. I don't see why so many people hate this girl but like that JoJo chick. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
