I prolly missed a good chunk by now my absolute favorite scene is in the beginning after the credits while Twister is playing.... when she's stilla lil girl then it fades into the "now" and she's on stage dancing wit the wind blowin her hair LOL I LIVE!!! *BTW, what is that song I used to have the DVD but it got stolen (picture that) could somebody tell me what is the song she's dancing to? right when the scene comes on because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."

I like 'Glitter'
I mean,it's not Oscar-worthy or anything, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as the critics said. It's a fun little film that takes you back to the 80s.I really enjoyed several scenes. The only problem is....the DJ guy who plays Mariah's love interest. There was NO chemistry there at all.She really should have chosen a better co-star,perhaps someone that was well-known?

I haven´t seen it. But I guess it´s on american VH1.
I finally got the album and I love it. [Edited 1/26/07 2:05am] "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Terrible movie. I've seen it like ten times. Not quite Mommie Dearest territory, but it's compulsively, awfully watchable.

The scene that cracks me up is when she's leaving Dice and she picks up that cat.
That cat has been through a lot! Moving from here to there. "Nobody makes me bleed my own blood...NOBODY!"

Is that the movie with Max Beesley? Never seen it. Max was on TV last week playing piano for James Brown on the BBCs Electric Proms, he played Georgia On My Mind and was pretty darn good.

The leading actor, Max, right?
He was beefing with Mariah. They didn't get along, mainly becoz she would keep them late. I love the scene with her mother singing(that bluse song),,,its actually Mary Ann Tatum(one of Mariah's back-up singrs ).

.
the 1 thing i recall on Max Beesley is that his g/f then (Mel B) was crazy jealous over him doin' a love scene with Mimi,, According to some UK press

^Mariah is hot women. I've had some sexual phantasies with her in the past. Especially after her boobs popped in size

You just can't stop listening to it, eventhough it is so atrocious--lyrically and musically. And the vocals are so damn grotesque. BTW That is also my fav scene from the movie. The movie is so funny, though. Mariah seems to be physically unable to keep one expression on her face. Remember the scene where she is right after shower and talks about her mother? In that single freaking shot, she's crying, smiling, flirting, and even giggling. I mean, WTF? [Edited 1/26/07 12:22pm] I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt.
