She sounds like my neighbor's band, but she doesn't growl and I can understand what she's wearing. I like "Bleed All Over Me". She's doing more death metal and I'm not really into that.

I guess I'm a fan. I have both albums. The first one is more sort of neo-ish or whatever the kids all it nowadays. The second one is definitely metal. I liked a few songs on the first one alot Worship Me, Taste Your Fruit, Can't Find Myself, Hearbeat Harmony. The second one had some songs that grew on me after a few listens. I'm glad she's [Jada] doing what she wants to do and not what's expected of her.

I agree with the rest of the posters here. I'm not into metal but I give her much kudos for the effort!

if you want to get black people into rock again you can't scream at us that's for sure, at least not like that, I think black rock should still have a touch of soul to it

I dont listen to rock or metal for vocals so I dont really care what they sound like that much. It's the guitar and drums that drive me.

The main pull for the majority in the community will always be the solo singer (hopefully with back-up band, not tapes). What I hope for is a couple more coloured faces down in the pit with me.
