So we rented Walk the Line a couple weeks ago, and I LOVED it! I thought the music was pretty awesome too. I liked the duets with Johnny and June the best.

So, I go out and buy a bunch of Johnny Cash and June Carter albums. WELL! Not only do they sound like crap compared to Reese and Jouquim (I know I spelled that totally wrong) , but they're not even cute either!!!!

I think the people play Johnny and June are way better than the real thing. I'm going to buy the Walk the Line soundtrack instead now.

Oh, and I especially love the way they made it look like Johnny and June had only slept together ONCE while he was still married. Yanno, just to make her look a like a little LESS of a whore and a home wrecker.

All's I know is I watched the movie and got all hyped about Johnny and June thinking they were gonna be these awesome performers. And when I see the real deal it left me pretty high and dry.

Looks aside. Reese sounds 100X better than June.

I think it's the build up of the greatness of the actors and then the real deal was a big let down. If I hadn't of seen the movie first I may have like Johnny and June, but after seeing Reese and Jouquaim or whoever June and Johnny are a bore.
