It is. That was the first one to stand out to me too. I think "Loneliness" might be the best of all though.

After "Pavement Cracks", I'd agree.

I'm gonna act like Moonbeam and rank all of Annie's 3 solo album tracks from best to worst.

1. Cold
2. Money Can't Buy It
3. Can't Get Next To You
4. Wonderful
5. Take Me to the River
6. Little Bird
7. Whiter Shade of Pale
8. Precious
9. Honestly
10. Legend in My Living Room
11. Train in Vain

...awww fuck it too hard

Parts of Medusa I've come to kinda tolerate. Don't like Peace at all. I think these days, I like the idea of Annie Lennox more than I like what she's capable of doing. lol

I liked the direction Bare went in - I thought it was a much more substantial album production-wise than Medusa - but nothing on it hooked me.

I *did* really enjoy the Annie in Central Park CD/video. Does that count for anything? lol

diva's the only solo annie album (excluding live in central park) that i like from beginning to end. i don't have a strong distaste for bare - it just doesn't do anything for me one way or the other.

I think the main thing that struck me about "Bare" was just how miserable it is.

I'm all about some sad, introspective Annie but that album sounds downright hopeless in places.

Well BARE was her divorce album. She was going through a divorce and it's all about relationships and the aftermath.

Loneliness is an awesome track. So is Wonderful. But it took me a while to get into that CD. When i 1st purchased it, nothing stood out. Then my own break up came and I threw it on and heard the masterpiece.
