i wouldn't say this is like a prince song.. i would just say its a well written composition.

Comparing every artist and song to him is really old. I don't hear it all btw. Beyond that, this is one of my fave tracks from this cd.
Another part of the song I like: "Me, or the thought of me Me, or the thought of me." "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

I love the SHIT outta this song  It's the first one from the album that got repeat play for DAYS... That said I never once thought of Princey  I can see why you say that (now that you've said it) but it never would have dawned on me... 
And can I just take a moment to mention "Stop This Train"???
