Kon Kan - I Beg Your Pardon One of my favorite dance pop tunes from the late 80s. Since I lived in Petticoat Junction in upstate NY at the time of its release (where music videos were more a concept of high entertainment than anything else), I'd never seen the music video until I combed through youtube. Too bad cuz the lead singer or whatever you wanna call him was sorta dreamy. The teenage me woulda swooned.

Lord, I just pulled out that vinyl record today, I'm at my parents house for the holidays and thats where i keep my vinyl and the only working record player in the tri county.

Sounds like that "just can't get enough" song from Depeche mode. And this came out in the late 80's? Sounded pretty flat for then?
God that synth riff is so annoying. Maybe his mono, pretentious "look at me iam cool" voice works for some, but not me [Edited 12/27/06 20:56pm] | |
