Quicktime is acting finicky on my PC at the moment. 
If this is from the GIT seminar where he combines Autumn Leaves & Bach, it's a great clip. This was one of the books to have...

...back in the day. Even NOW that book is great. An eerie thing. Last year I ordered a copy of Chord Chemistry and it arrived on the day Ted Greene passed away.
