Bush: Yay or Nay

I remember that Sixteen Stone and Razorlade suitcase were a part of my teen years (together with the likes of Garbage, Smashing Pumpkins, Cranberries...)

Shame their material became very redunctant after the science of things

Yay! I have the 2 first albums...but I don't listen them 4 awhile now...and "The chemistry between us" is one of my favorite rock tracks even these days...aside the fact that they tried very hard 2 sound grunge, I give 'em an "yay!'

When I was a freshman in high school, I gotta admit that I played the hell out of "Sixteen Stone"; I'd have to consider them a guilty pleasure, even though I probably haven't really listened to them in a number of years. At the very least, I could still probably listen to 'Machinehead', 'Everything Zen', 'Come Down', and 'Glycerine' and 'Little Things' without cringing too much, which is more than I can say about some other CDs I was into at the time (311, Sublime). Oh yeah, and 'Cold Contagious' and 'Greedy Fly' weren't too bad either. shrug

I never got the appeal of their hit song "Glycerine", but I still love "Machinehead". I don't have anything by them though. They were big MTV favorites back then.
