"Light my fire"

I like the lyrics to this song, but i can`t seem to decide whose version is best.

Stevie Wonder, The Doors, Shirley Bassy, Minnie Riperton and Will Young all did a real good job with the song.

What version do you prefer?

Haven't heard that one.

In a bit of a jack-move, your mention of Brian Auger reminds me that I should relisten to his original (and The Main Ingredient's cover) of Happiness Is Just Around The Bend.

Their is a disco verison of this song by Amii Stewart (she does the hit disco cover of "Knock On Wood"). It's not bad. I would take it over the Doors verison. Not familar with any others.

It's not his best work. In fact, it's pretty disappointing IMO.
