I was just thinking about this, since today i saw 3 different accounts that Ms.Mills was lieing and 2 were family members, what if it turns out all of this is made up? What then, what does she lose for this? I mean abuse is a horrible thing, but worse than that is making up stories of abuse for financial gain and custody of a child. I think if it does turn out that this is all a lie, though there really is no way to prove it, I think Paul should be allowed to either take whatever money she has, and then donate it to one of her charities, or, take her fake leg and beat the hell out of her with it, sorry to be so blunt, but its looking more and more like she has made it all up.

I would guess a defamation counter-suit would be in order.

for it to be about finacial gain, the basis of their marriage needs to be researched...
u have to find out if they signed a prenup, cause if they did not, than finacial gain isnt a motive cause she is already entitled to half his estate...
and if they did sign a prenup, u gotta find out what breaches are in that contract, infidelity, abuse... etc...

but if their is no real reason for finacial gain that she has...

I like the whole "she misrepresented herself at the time of the union" as a way of nullifying alimony.

Well Paul didnt have her sign a pre-nup which was really dumb, but i really think that he had his head in the clouds after Linda died and probably married to just not be alone, thinking it was love. However, the fact that he didnt sign a pre-nup makes me think that all of her accusations are lies, because she already gets the money, though i hear things in London are alot different then here, in the US she would just get half, over there its not so cut and dry, which may be why all these accusations have come about.

This stuff all makes more sense as a custody battle rather than a money grab.

cause spousal abuse and child molestation are the most often tactics used during custody battles..
