Well im not really what to say, but honestly im tired of HYPE!! Im sick of it, if u wanna impress me, debut at number one without a video, without yourself on every magazine, without radio play, with out being on every talk show. I mean im not knocking Janet, i like her, and most performers do this, but why is a 40 year old woman stooping to this mentality. I saw part of Janets appearance on 106th and Park and it was embarrassing, im so glad Prince didnt do this show, what made it really bad was JD, all i heard him say, "go get the album" "its out today" blah blah blah. So what if this cd debuts at No. 1 big deal, then next week it plunges and then we talk about big drop offs. I mean it just doesnt make sense to me at all, to put all this $$$ into promoting just to say i debuted at number 1 and held it for a week, do u realize how much money is wasted on this stuff, and for what, a million in sales, times that buy 20 and thats what EMI would need to break even on this. But hey thats why the industry is crashing, good for them, maybe soundscan will go down the drain with it.

Are you sure that's officially from JD? Where did it come from? If it did he needs to go back to school.

After hearing him talk extensively, I wouldn't be surprised if he wrote that himself.

I hope 20YO does debut at number one so he can STFU and very possibly go away. What happens in the weeks after is the proof. I'm still so turned off by him talking about a re-release already. And then is he going to push fans to buy multiple copies of that as well?

That's such a juvenile thing to do. While I'm sure there are plenty who do, Janet's fans are older now and I can't see the average adult buying 3 copies. They have other concerns for their money like the cost of gas, paying for their kids education and taxes.
