It's official folks: The new look is just a wig. Drowned Madonna just posted the show in Japan last night was her real hair but she used the new wig for the rock segment of the show (I Love NY, etc.).

If you have seen the last two photo essays on Madonna in W Magazine, then he's the one behind them. He's a brilliant photographer. All that dark f'ed up stuff of her with the masks used in the Beast Within intro from her last tour was Steven Klein. He also did most of the photoshoots for Confessions.

that reminds me of the same hairdoo Faith Hill got several years ago that everyone hated. Madonna's a bit too old to be bleaching her hair like that, it looks kind of ridiculous.
