Has anybody heard this single yet? Don't know about you, but this song annoys the hell out of me. Every time I hear it come on the radio, I find myself saying, "Oh God!" and turning my radio off. This song gives me a headache, the melody is so awful. I get the feeling that this annoying song will become wildly popular and will burn up the singles charts. It seems like all annoying songs like this one are the ones that people go nuts over for some ungodly reason.

Natalie Cole is one of my favorite singers, i especially love the music she made in the 70s, and i like this song too
I said in an earlier thread that i didn`t like Aretha`s original, but after Natalie covered it, i started to listen to the original, and it`s actually VERY good.

I like it. Got tickets to see her in a couple of weeks too. Now if I can just get Kelis tickets maybe this year will start to look up in terms of concerts.

Thanks for the link, I didn't know that Aretha had originally sung this song. I like Aretha's version, it is much easier on the ears than Natalie's version. Natalie's version is just awful.

There was a thread about this song just a few weeks ago. I commented that I had been hearing it ALOT on (regular) radio and at the time had no idea she had a new album coming out. I don't see why she can't have another AC hit.

I love Natalie, she's cool people but I hate her riding that "Aretha bandwagon", shit won't get you nowhere,,,and top of it all, you won't nead Aretha beefing with your ass, thats too much headache to cop with.
