Remember when she cancelled the A4U European leg because of "9/11" and "safety concerns?"

I heard "Call on Me" hasn't even cracked the charts in England.

No love for Jan over there. Their loss.
I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

Not our loss, we just give her high chart positions when she releases good songs wink Call On Me hasn't been released here yet. It's eligable to chart as a download 1 week before the physical release but it's doing badly on iTunes and isn't getting radio airplay (note: even previous flop singles All Nite (Don't Stop) and Son Of A Gun got loads of radio and video airplay here) - Actually, not fair to call SOAG a flop with it being released in Xmas week.

Her UK chart history is quite varied:

(3) What Have You Done For Me Lately
(19) Nasty
(10) When I Think Of You
(3) Let's Wait Awhile
(24) Pleasure Principal
(59) Funny How Time Flies (When You're Having Fun)
(22) Miss You Much
(23) Rhythm Nation
(20) Come Back To Me
(17) Escapade
(20) Alright
(15) Black Cat
(34) Love Will Never Do (Without You)
(2) That's The Way Love Goes
(14) If
(6) Again
(19) Because Of Love
(13) Any Time Any Place
(14) You Want This
(9) Whoops Now / What'll I Do
(3) Scream
(6) Runaway
(22) Twenty Foreplay
(6) Got 'Til It's Gone
(4) Together Again
(5) I Get Lonely
(13) Go Deep
(46) Every Time
(5) Doesn't Really Matter
(3) All For You
(11) Someone To Call My Lover
(13) Son Of A Gun (I Betcha Think This Song)
(15) Just A Little While
(19) All Nite (Don't Stop) / I Want You

Jamie King had replaced Chris during the filming of Human Nature.

I think the fall out had more to do with Chris feeling hurt by his replacement, than Guy. He had survived longer in her camp than any other person aside from Debi Mazar, who has no real role with Mo anymore aside from being a friend. He should have been aware that she'd replace him if she found someone she liked better.[Edited 9/5/06 10:26am]

Umm that's her fucking BROTHER. Flesh and blood. What happened to "Keep it Together?"

Check out the Drudge Report. They have a link to clips of Rupert Everett's new book that totally dishes on M. And you know HE knows what's up. Anyway he said that new years eve 1999/2000 when Madonna was there with Guy Ritchie (and dissed J.Lo with Gwyn's help) that it was "the beginning of the end" of Madonna and her little brother" because of Guy and the fact that he's uncomfortable around "queens."

I love Madonna the artist, but the more I learn about Madonna the PERSON, the more I don't like the bitch. Janet seems way nicer.

Uh oh...this is already a Madge thread on page 1. woops
[Edited 9/5/06 11:58am]

I'm sure there is more to the relationship between Chris and Mo than Guy. From what I have read things have been patched up between them though.

I think part of it may have also been Chris' jealously over the input Jamie King was having.

Jamie is a queen, her dresser is a queen, Guy Orseary is a queen, and a couple of her dancers on Confessions are queens. I don't think Madge turned her back on Chris soley because of Guy, she is too strongwilled a person to be influenced by a man that way.

first of all... IF someones is dancing the whole entire time... not just moving and gliding across stage... but actually choreographed dance moves... they should be able to lipsync... I LIKE TO SEE ONE PERSON WHO CAN DANCE AND SING AT THE SAME TIME... AND SOUND GOOD... you will lose your breath... if janet sang live you guys would still be complaining about how terrible she sounds live... but if someone is out of breath... its hard to sing.... and janets not a singer she is an entertainer...

I will definitly go... and i know if janet is coming to someones city everyone will want to go...

Why not just leave the jumpy choreography up to the dancers then, and join in when necessary? That's what the Victory and Bad tours were like for her brother, and then got shit when he started trying to do more dancing than usual.

It's far more entertaining to see off the cuff spontaneous dancing intergrated with choreography so live singing is possible. That's what Kylie does (but she's not a "dancer" per se, yet it doesn't take anything away from her shows).

That would mean that Janet would have to sing more, do we really want that?
