Biz Markee Check it out. This week they opened a new Bloomingdales in San Francisco. I was in the neighborhood this morning and I stopped in.
The Men's department is on the fourth floor and as I was riding the escalator up, I could hear what sounded like a hip hop DJ scratchin' away. It turns out it was Biz Markee spinning discs in the Men's department of Bloomies. At 11:00 in the morning! It was so weird because people were just shopping around him. His decks were set up next to a jeans display and people were paying more attention to the clothes than to Biz. At first I thought is was just some dude that looked alot like Biz, but he had some MC with him that confirmed it was him. Not that anyone cared; they were way more interested in the Marc Jacobs fall collection. I felt kind of bad for him, to tell you the truth. a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on

The Biz has one of the baddest record collections, and I enjoy his style of mixing. I wouldn't be buyin' no damn clothes if I was in Bloomingdales that day

All he had to do was get on the mic and bust out wit "YOU . . . .You got what I neeeeed!!!" that woulda stopped some shoppers in their tracks, make 'em do a double take, and probably scratch their heads, thinking to themselves "man, he sounds a LOT like Biz Markee"
I wonder if this is a regular job for him?? I might stop by there tomorrow then and act like a groupie in case his ego is sufferin' a bit . . . .
