I want to start buying rolling stones albums but i'm confused about reissues.

Are the 1994 remasters the latest ones?

What about the 2002 announcement all the albums were gonna be reissued in SACD?

What ones should i get; what sounds the best and are there gonna be anymore updates on them before i buy?
