omg yes, Tori's b-sides. she's got more b-sides than prince.
especially the ones up to Venus and Back are amazing. there are so many oustanding songs amongst them that are equal to or even better than some album tracks. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

So i'm dying to know what Fire Eater's Wife sounds like. Upside Down, Honey, Alamo, Frog on my Toe, Never Seen Blue, Buelah Land, Sister Janet, Cooling, Purple People (Christmas in Space). It's such a shame that she had so little new b-sides lately. Although I guess "Scarlet's Hidden Treasures" is somewhat of a b-side kinda thing. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

I used to be quite obsessed with Tori when I was younger. That seems to have worn off, though. I haven't been impressed with her recent work that much, and I guess her earlier work appeals more to the teenage angsty side of me, which I've sort of outgrown.
Also, as a person at least how she sounds in interviews, she just got a little too bizarre for me and seemingly unable to communicate in normal logical terms that I could relate to. So I don't think I'll be rushing out to get the box set. | |
