That is one of my all-time favorite songs!!! I keep it on my iPod for that quick 'pick-me-up'.
Thanks for the clip! Now for the 'Prince' story: I had the opportunity to get into VIP a few years back, and this song started playing. I started dancing- [the only one]- with a couple of people cheering me on, until I realized Prince was watching me from a seat in the corner!! I froze! I couldn't even hear the beat anymore! I went to sit down, and someone asked me why I stopped. I was too embarrassed to say "Prince was watching me dance!" Now everytime I hear this song, I just smile to myself... "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

I like it but it's been played to death, it practically overshadows her other songs ( which I'll gladly admit that I don't know much beyond this song, shame on me ) . Jeux Sans Frontiers

This song is classic and yes it's been played to death but who cares. That woman is so underrated. She should be up there in the big leagues with Patti Labelle, Whitney Houston and Chaka Khan. I honestly think she's the best female singer ever! her first cd with got to be real on it is great and not just disco but funky too!

Well I completely agree with you. It's played to death and I simply never tire of it because it is so good Yes, she has the voice of a legend. It's too bad she fell into obscurity because it would have been a joy to have had a huge catologue of hers to enjoy. 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

I just bought her Gonna Be Right album, I didn't realize she actually produced songs as well. Girl was BAD! She needs to get her due.
