Hells yeah. Every song on that album used to get played at the house parties when I was in college.

This leads me to an interesting question.

Can we include compilations on here, since they usually include the "best" songs of the artist/band?

If so, I have a ton I could throw on there.

I purposely stayed away from "best of" stuff because that's too easy lol

Not quite. 2pac -- Greatest Hits was not as good as it could have been

Yeah, a lot of compilations include bad songs which were nonetheless hits or considered by the label to be among the "greatest."

There are no bad songs on...

Beastie Boys : License to Ill
Everything But the Girl Walking Wounded
George Michael Listen Without Prejudice Vol. I
Sam Cooke Night Beat
Prince: Prince, Lovesexy
John Coltrane: A Love Supreme
Jeff Buckley: Grace

This thread made me realize I've really been neglecting my music collection, esp. since my Prince addiction hit full force... neutral

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Name albums that you like from start to finish, and can listen to without hitting the skip button. I am currently in love with Slave's Stone Jam. This album is absolutely fantastic and hasn't got a single bad cut on it. I absolutely love Mark Adams' bass-playing.
The nearly perfect albums:
Sign O' The Times - just one song that I dislike.
Honey - One of the songs is so-so, and I might be tempted to skip it.
Street Songs - just one song that I'm not that fond of.
Funkentelechy vs The Placebo Syndrome - haven't really gotten into Sir Nose wink
The Many Facets Of Roger - not too fond of the Blue
I'll get back to ya with more albums later

Sly & The Family Stone -- Stand

I'll have to say Pink Floyd's The Wall. Although I don't really like some songs by themselves, when you put it on, its just wrong to stop it before it ends for any reason (except turning the record over). And The Division Bell, thats only got one song that I don't really like, but in the mix of it all, it fits in well. 1999 and Purple Rain come close, but I hardly ever listen to them as albums, I prefer the single songs rather than them all in a row.

It's really really hard to find that 'perfect' album, which needs to be listened to from beginning to end, in its entirety. There are so few that have songs that perfectly suit your tastes. I'm sticking with The Wall though, it's one of the best albums ever made.
