If she's pop, I might like her. But I couldn't get into Thalia. I like a pop/rock sound better.

BEBE !!!!!
i love her love her love her! i just saw her a few days ago and i love her even more. incredible show. got to hang out with her, the band, and crew after the show. i think i've possibly worn out her cd since it came out. you might like Presuntos Implicados. more of a mellow pop/rock. i'd suggest their album "El Pan y La Sal". also the duo Estopa are pretty good. la orjeja, Aterciopelados ("florecita rockera" ), thalìa, paulina rubìo, alejandra guzmàn...love them all. beware if Pandurito suggest a singer called Melody... it's his favorite singer. she's probably 16 yrs old now. just lie and tell him you'll check her out. . No se. I guess people got tired of the same sound and they called it quits after their third album flopped. Another girl group. My sister loved them

I know Natalia used to be a solo artist under the name Natalia Lafourcade. The band name just seems to be based on that. Of course, someone who knows Spanish better than my one summer class will be able to give you a real answer.
