For the life of me, please help me understand why black/urban radio doesn't support Christina Aguleria? I mean, urban radio stations play Mariah, Justin, Nelly Fertado, Gwen Stefani, but no Christina. I just don't get it? I mean, WTF?

Her new song "Aint no other Man" is awesome. When I first heard it...I was like, wow, thats some diff shit - it's like a throwback to an old school sound of R&B. Her delivery on that track is just flwless.

Is Christina the most talented underrated artist? What's your take guys? I know she sells units but something seems to be missing?....she should be bigger.

I think maybe its because her voice is so mature boisterious and perhaps she needs to hold back a little bit and dumb down her voice - I think Mariah has done that to some extent.

Why should they, there are plenty of real "uban" artists that pop radio never give a chance. Leela James has simmilar sound to Xtina (albiet with better material and stronger voice) and when was the last time u heard her on the radio, Christina is not "underated" 'she's a multi million selling, grammy award winning tart'

Christina vocals are very soulful. She does have a black fanbase. And RCA Records needs to put her music in the black music market better.

Besides that , i've never been a huge fan of a particular part of singing in current R&B .
That when singers sing like they constantly have to prove that they can actually sing .
At least , that's my impression , mostly with uptempo songs .
I believe it's far more surprising to hit the high registers occasionally .
Now it seems like they're pulling open the barriers and constantly keep dropping all they can within their powers .
I said , mostly with the uptempo songs , but sometimes there are uptempo's that get me jiggy .
Amerie's former hit was one example . I don't know , in that song it seems just all right in the pocket .

Also X-T did a great ballad called Loving Me 4 Me , which i was almost gonna do with a covergroup which unfortunately disbanded :
