Just heard a new track today with a same sorta line .
Never took the effort to find out what it meant .

i always thought it went like this:

H to the Izz-O V to tha Izz-A

which spells Hova

which is short for J-Hova

which is what Jay-Z is AKA.

but maybe you knew that already.
