i admire most of the artists on your list...arcade fire would be my choice as the best album of the decade so far with the strokes not far behind with is this it but i cant see what kylie minogue has to offer as far as musicial excellence goes...nice looking girl but i cant see anything other than someone who is a output for other songwriters to get their songs into the charts.
