Synths are usually seen as so cold, but this song just exudes such warmth and tenderness. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

I guess it just depends on who's using them.

I guess it just depends on who's using them. Yeah, Eurythmics can get some wonderfully warm and cold textures out of their synths. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

Prince too. His are usually pretty cold, but yeah. Human League and Depeche Mode can do it. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

I totally disagree. Other than his early stuff, I find Prince's use of electronics to be very organic and interesting. HL and DM I generally find cold and robotic. DM didn't get warm until "Violator".
