She got voted best legs because she knows how to make sure they're edited correctly when they are photographed. It's all illusion, Pumpkin. Her lower legs, are in fact, waaaay too short for her frame, but this is something you don't notice until you see her in motion. In print photography they can position and edit that film to make that chile look like she has the best legs in America since Betty Grable....not that they're bad looking, and when she's toned, her thighs have a really good shape to them, actually.
