This is definately the best one I've run across. Most sites are dedicated to one artist. There's only so much you can talk about one artist until it gets boring. This site has a section for all artists and it has the most people that are into old music. It also has a lot of people that hate new music and love to bitch about it. That's my favorite part of this site.  Andy is a four letter word. | |

There are also those who prefer classic music to what the whippersnappers are putting out these days. It has never bothered me. People's tastes vary.  | |

What I really like about this forum is the fact there is real discussion of various musical acts and genres and not just kiss-ass sessions and flame wars like the other forums I've been on. I used to go on forums for Madonna and Mariah Carey, and the fans of each would go on endlessly about how fabulous each artist was and treated them like goddesses. However, anyone who disagreed with the fans would erupt huge flame wars which got personal and took away from the discussion. Not that flaming dosen't necessarily occur on this forum, but it doesn't get nearly as personal, and people are willing to talk about their tastes for other artists.  | |
