PrintableMariah is amazing live and what I love best is that you really get to see her true character.. she is so at home on stage and plays to the crowd really well.. She is all about audience participation and loves to camp things up with her shows... the Charmbracelet tour was amazing, with acrobatics and stilt walkers.. but also those more intimate moments when she totally wings it!
I thing it's gonna be a tour not to miss, and especially now that she has her confidance back. I am personally very excited cos it sounds like she's gonna do some fan faves like Close My Eyes which is a very personal album track from Butterfly... it's one of her best. I think it will be a good balance between the well known hits and the fan faves, which she has needed to do for time! I only hope she brings the goddam thing to Europe!!! 
About the ticket price thing... she's gonna get critisized no matter how much she charges.. if they were expensive people would be all like 'who does she think she is!' and if she charges less then people say 'ha, she can't sell unless she does it cheap!' so I don't think she really cares about public opinion on that front... point is she is selling at a wide price range to accommodate all pockets, which she has specifically said is cos she wants to cater for all fans no matter what their means. You can only have respect for that! Madonna is so far up her own behind I don't even think she thinks about her fans for one minute! Ut! that woman is so overrated!  You can act hard if you want to

Madonna gets a lot of criticism for her ticket prices,but people conveniently forget that she is selling tickets at a wide price range: $55 $95 $165 $350 People only focus on the $350 seats,but she is making it very easy for all of her fans to see her.Those prices are not that outrageous or unreasonable,especially considering the type of show she puts on.She's spending millions on this tour. | |

I remember having nosebleeds for Madonna once that were so ridiculous I found some of the people in my section more entertaining than the show. They were drunk no less but at least I could actually see them.  Never again.Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off | |

I'm a little surprised at the schedule of every-other-day. She said she was going to give herself more time between performances so she didn't get burned out. This also means there's no room to add dates if need be. Yea, i've been checking and New York & Chicago main floor and that area is sold out already only being the first day of Pre Sale to Mimi Fans and the top 100 sections are getting there as well. | |
