She was actually famous before Kylie in Australia. She was on a TV show called "Young Talent Time" in the early-mid 80s before Kylie achieved her fame. Her music career, however, has definitely followed the groundwork laid by Kylie.

they release it fine if not, then don't mention it. and that's not always to blame the artist. i know te record execs. usually have their heads up their butts anyway.
