The 'I Refuse To Be Lonely' CD consists of mostly slow jams and jazzy Quiet Storm.This is the album that she recorded just before her death.The other CD 'Forever With You' consists of outtakes she recorded in the 90s and yes,there are a few uptempo songs here.One song "How Long" is actually house/dance music.
