LUMIDEE is over here in Germany, annually releasing horrbile tracks as a guest vocalist with young, naive German hip hoppers who apparently don't know that her 15 minutes was up in the States a while ago. Also, now that the the soccer WOLD CUP is looming overhead here, this week they released some uptempo remix of her and Fatman Scoop doing a heavily percussive, puseudo-salsa-influenced house version of Whitney's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" as one of the theme songs for the games....the only problem is, I've heard Lumidee sing before SO many times here, and there'sNOTHING you can do to convince me that SHE is actually the lead vocalist on this track
