Guilty as charged. I own both of their albums.
I prefer Around the World, to Cartoon Heros, but it was all addictive and fun back in those years.

This is the most annoying song in all existence. When I was in Mexico, I lived in the dorms in a suite with 7 other people. One of those seven people played this ear cancer of a song on repeat for like 5 hours straight and I haven't recovered in 6 years. Seriously, this song makes me violent.

You can tell I haven't recovered. lol That lead singer's voice is amazingly annoying, and the melody of this "song" is a perfect platform for it.

Annoying, but not even one tenth as annoying as "Cartoon Heroes". Seriously!

Watch the video and be mortified! eek

Actually, don't. You'll regret it. Trust me. Especially when the lead singer says "mysteriOUS" and curls that last syllable. headache

They actually did an honest to goodness, good pop song called "turn back time" or something like that? It was a big hit in the UK when it dropped. It was used in the film "sliding doors"

Aqua made the kind of music the Spice girls did, silly songs with even sillier lyrics, but VERY commercial.
