Janet to Perform on The Today Show

From Janet-Xone...

Janet to perform on Today Show in September

Janet will perform on NBC's Today Show on Friday, September 29, according to the concert schedule on the show's official website.

The New York Daily News reports that Janet's performance will be the very last for this year's annual Today Show summer concert series.

This will be the first time Janet has ever performed on the Today Show. The show films daily in Rockefeller Center.

there is going to be one hell of a large throng out there to see her. I'm tempted to go myself, it's just a short bus ride from DC.

If she is performing then, I'm hoping she'll be on the second single by then? I smell another delay in the album?

When Damita Jo came out, they did a thing where the first 500 or 1,000 (or however many) people who bought the album at the Virgin Megastore in Times Square got special bracelets that they had to wear to see her perform outside for Good Morning America, but I don't think this will be the same thing.

OMG it's starting!!!

The promo tour, the dance routines...YAY!!!!! I love that bitch.

Hopefully she won't keep recycling the same number (like she did with All Nite during the DJ era) for every talk/awards show...but even if she does, who gives a fuck, it JANET! Yes! THe return of a real entertainer and performer to show all these little fuckin whores how it's done. Can't fuckin wait.
I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

no no no! not her and a guitar..her and a musician playing the guitar...im just soo tired of her doing the same dance moves...having a harem of dancers on stage with her and doing the same routines...

janet is soo much better when she is subtle...too bad nobody around her realises this...

confused

Janet and acoustic guitar wouldn't mix well.

You could do it on a ballad. She's done I Get Lonely with just a piano before and it was really good.

what a bore that would be. i've seen janet live a few times and, honestly, the dullest moments are when she sits on the stool and chills for a song or two.

get the kids together and dance! its what she does best!

I want my Janet dancing and sweaty. If she stops to sing a ballad I only wanna hear "Come Back to Me" or "Anytime Anyplace"...

Not a fan of the many "Again" performances...
