I couldn't agree with you more about that song Paligap.

What am I listening to:

Lee Ritenour -The Captain's Journey (the album with the giant guitar on a fishing crane)

Roy Ayers- Virgin Ubiquity Vol. 1

Azymuth - Octurbo

Al Jarreau- albums "Glow", and "We Got By"

The Crusaders- Unsung Heroes

Billy Cobham- albums "Inner Conflicts," and "Depth of Thought"

biggrin Kool!!!! Great albums! lol It feels like you been in my record Stash, lol ...

I love The Captain's Journey, particularly Morning Glory and The Calm/ The Storm....

Both Glow and We Got By are classics! Has anyone tried to cover those? Funny, I always thought that We Got By was gonna become a standard, but then I thought the same thing about Jaco's Three Views of a Secret...I dunno....

...

The Lee Ritenour is my parents, the album cover always amazed me when I was a kid. I bought another copy for myself because theirs have been down through the years if you know what I mean. The Jarreau's were passed down my inheiring an uncle's record collection. I bought newer copies because of the first album above (scratches galore). eek

I'd post a pic of the cover of the album I'm listening to, but apparently it's so rare that there doesn't even exist a scan. confused
