Top 10 Alice Cooper Songs 1 How You Gonna See Me Now (1978)
2 Poison (1989) 3 He's Back (The Man Behind The Mask) (1986) 4 I Never Cry (1976) 5 No More Mr. Nice Guy (1973) 6 You And Me (1977) 7 Wake Me Gently (1976) 8 Hell Is Living Without You (1989) 9 Teenage Lament '74 (1974) 10 Might As Well Be On Mars (1991) I'm a sucker for his monumental ballads, I'll give you that. The fact that he's still releasing albums frequently since 1969 is pretty amazing, and all I can say he's one of rock's true originals, and one of the best and diverse artists I've ever been a fan of.

I know the hardcore alice cooper fans probably think it's a commercial
sell out album and all, but i absolutely love his "hey stupid" album.. The songs are so melodic and well structured and it doesn't sound too badly aged. It sounds aged, but in a good way. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

Wow, ONLY 10?! Loved Alice all of my life. Michael was a good songwriter and Glen has influenced me as a guitarist. In no special order:
Billion Dollar Babies Devil's Food Hello Hooray Muscle of Love Elected Dead Babies School's Out No More Mr. Nice Guy You Drive Me Nervous Is It My Body? SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."
nammie "What BGZ says I believe. I have the biggest crush on him." http://ccoshea19.googlepa...ssanctuary http://ccoshea19.googlepages.com

I enjoy Alice's radio show - he's quite funny and intelligent. It's embarassing when he plays his fave 80s hair metal though - wish he'd just stick to the storytelling

Best Alice Cooper song I have ever heard is "Clones (We're All)". It got played a lot for awhile in the goth club I go to every week. That's good stuff.

What about Black Widow, Halo of Flies, Pass the Gun Around, I never wrote those songs, School's Out, Black Juju, Hello Hooray and Under my Wheels (Is there a version of this song without the horns that is still hard edged? The Gunners duet was cool except for 80's production and Axl delivering a 'feel'less vocal)? Are these just overplayed. Honestly I tried listening to his 80's rockers and they just sound horrible. I don't hear any affecting melodies or guitar work and the lyrics are really silly especially when he's trying to be dark. I've heard most of Hey Stoopid (Is Ozzy even on the title track? I don't hear him anywhere) and it epitomises everything I don't like about his 80's material. He did his best stuff with Erzin... what was their last album together?

Ezrin was the man. If you're into KISS at all, notice the very similar sound of "Welcome To My Nightmare" and "Destroyer" as far as the "sound" of the two albums. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

I love so many, so I'm not gonna bother with a top 10. I'm glad to see a few people mention Clones (We're All). I just recently heard it and loved it. A different tune entirely for him, but very good!
