Sheryl Crow "Sheryl Crow" Such a great album.
Rocks. She don't always put out great LPs (C'mon C'mon) but this one is pure classic. I love the harmonies, the songwriting...I listened to it in its entirety with my little sis on the way to coachella and we knew every word. Play "love is a good thing" in its first 40 seconds you'd swear it was sly & the family stone. she's funky for a white chick rocker. I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

There was an album she made before this, that was never released because it was so bad. I guess she made such a huge jump in songwriting from her initial first album to this one, that people were actuall questioning if she even wrote those songs on "Sheryl Crow".
If you look around on torrent sites, you can find the unreleased tracks. It's almost comical to listen to them because they're that bad. My favorite of hers is The Globe Sessions. I wore that album out back when it came out.

I don't even like her that much compared with how much I love that album. Of course, my copy doesn't have "Sweet Child O Mine" which helps.
