what is the name of that new Ciara song? "He say..and I heard.."

I think its someone elses song but Jazze Pha produced it. It has a tight smooth but 80's R&B sound to it, sorta in the vein of 1,2, Step.

Soes anyone know who this song is by? I believe it is just featuring Ciara
