Cherelle was a better singer. But Janet was a better dancer and better at marketing her sex appeal. If all you want is a singer, then listening to the radio, cd's or mpg's should suffice. But most people want more than that! They want a visual and audible experience. Janet provided that. Her voice left much to be desired. But the music, thanks to Jam/Lewis, more than compensated for Janet's vocal deficiences. This arugment is similar to the one about Morris Day versus Alexander O'Neal. Jackson like Day is more of entertainer. Cherelle great at singing...but singing only!

BTW, Randy Jackson's album was exceptional. But it killed his music career. Here was the best album to come out of the Jackson clan and it tanked. It was then he realized, they would never be able to top Michael.

You know I was able to get this cd, and was amazed by it. I love how it's a concept album and the songs on the first half of album go into each other.

You expect we're going to turn our backs now to artists which have been "labeled" again because of some BaSically BackStabbing BullShit ?!

Just because artists are constantly in the spotlights doesn't mean that anyone else can not be confronted in it's lifetime with problems of all kinda levels .
Yeah , Whitney has been spitted out by a lot of losers now.
But don't forget she has been given a tremendous and talented gift which is a great voice .
Some people just need more helping hands than other ones , and i hope she'll conquer her problems just like anyone else who has them .
