Okay...Dennis Miller. Was all of it that bad or just the hacking to pieces part? it was tedious, but that's to be expected from matthew barney movies. you go in expecting to look at the pretty cinematography and knowing that you may be looking at an image of water for 7 minutes before anything new happens. but the hacking to pieces scene...yeeeeah, that was a bit much.

I used to have the poster of the album cover and one night she came to me in a dream and told me that the wind represented the force of the album I love this album to death! I have used 5 songs off this in my mixes and have plans for a 6th Remember that thread here not too long ago that tried to turn us against her for attacking that reporter? It just made me love her more 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

The only three things that I liked about this movie:
1. Matthew Barney's pen0r 2. Bjork's muff (that could double as a handle-bar mustache) 3. The pretty wrapping job at the beginning of the film

That doesn't make sense.
"Post" was the peak of Bjork's popularity and the singles are still being played and remixed everywhere. The forgotten album and for good reason is "Drawing Restraint 9". It's shit. She is going way too far into the Yoko Ono realm. Hopefully the record she's recording in Iceland right now won't be so alienated. Even her last outing "Medulla" had nowhere near the greatness of records like "Post", "Homogenic" and "Vespertine".

Is it recent? the CD was released last year...it was only available as an import for a while, then it was given a wider release around the end of last year (if i recall correctly...because of course, i was one of the fools who shelled out thirty bucks for an import when it first came out). the film is just now starting to make its way to theaters, but it's anything but a wide release.

Brodsky Quartet versions of any of Bjork's songs really highlight the musicality. It's not all beats beats beats that make her songs.

The music is TOO good. Yeah. I can't listen to it too often, nor watch the movie. Every time I do, it leaves me wrecked for days.
