I thought Emma's Maybe was the best single of 2004 - a totally irresistable and fun swinging-sixties Bacharach and David rip.

and I've always thought she was pretty hot too.

quite embarrassing to admit that, really. boxed

Emma has actually replaced Mel B as my favorite Spice since the "Free Me" album. She really made me a believer.

I love...

CRICKETS SING FOR ANAMARIA (the maxisingles of this track are ace! there's a great mashup on one of the import versions I have entitled "Crickets Sing For Anamaria [Elements' Crickets Dance On Tequila Booty]" I love it.)

I'LL BE THERE (this song lifts me up on the darkest of days, it's stellar euphoro-pop!)

WHO THE HELL ARE YOU? (she is channelling early Motown like crazy on this one!)

NO SIGN OF LIFE

If you like Maybe, I'd recommend 'Love Machine' by Girls Aloud too.

I'll check that out. I've been hearing a lot about Girls Aloud, but I never bothered to getting around to downloading them. Stylus Magazine recently called their song "Sound of the Underground" one of the top songs of this decade.

I´m ashamed to admit, but that's a top song. It's really baffling though that a girl band that came out of a TV-show would have something with the word "underground" on the title.

But the song did sort of have some sort of underground sound to it by same aspects...

The woman in the first picture looks like Jenny McCarthy hmmm

Emma Bunton is cute, she wasn`t my favorite spice girl, but she has proven she can make good music by herself.

(I like this performance, where she sings "Baby love")

Love her song Maybe!
