GAP BAND IV For those of you who don't own this, you're missing out.. There's more to the GAP Band than "Dropped a BOmb" and "Early in the Morning" this cd is classic R&B. ______________________________________________

Kid Rock does a cover of "Outstanding" on his new Live Trucker cd. It's not too bad. If anyone has the tab for that bass line, let me know, I cant figure it out! ______________________________________________

Great album from start to finish. The album versions pale in comparison to the 12 Inches from that album though. Andy is a four letter word. | |

The album version of Outstanding is lame, that single extended version is the one to get.

I always thought Jam and Lewis stole from the Gap Band on Cherelle's "You Look Good To Me" The music sounds alot like "Early in the Morning" to me, but I love both songs, so it's cool..
(The intro to cherelle's song was also right from Steely Dan's "FM" too!) ______________________________________________

Now this is a CD I have to get! I love Outstanding, especially the 12" version so I gotta hear more. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
